Routine Breakfast Prevent Diabetes
Nutritionists agree that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The results of a recent study revealed that people who regularly eat breakfast every day lower risk of developing diabetes, obesity, or belly fat hoard.
Regular diet three times a day is recommended rather than random because the diet can lead to obesity and can make blood sugar rise quickly and fall.
"It is scientifically proven that breakfast not only will lower the risk of diabetes, perhaps they were always breakfast also adopted other healthy lifestyle," said Robert E.Ratner, MD, of the American Diabetes Association.
A study conducted on the benefits of breakfast more than 5,000 men and women, all do not have diabetes when the study began. During the past 18 years they were followed.
