Green Vegetables
Green vegetables contain chlorophyll which is very good for the heart. Chlorophyll serves to absorb toxins and remove them from the body. The more levels of green vegetables you eat, the more toxins in the liver is wasted.

Apple
It's not exactly apples to cleanse the liver function. However, the apple contains pectin that can clean up toxins in the body. Toxins that can damage the liver, can be blocked by the benefits of apples.

Olive Oil and Omega-3
Olive oil and omega-3 contains good cholesterol that helps in the metabolism of fats and heart health. Typically, a good fatty acid contained in olive oil.
